Erie students grow healthy food in school garden and find peace of mind
Red Hawk Elementary hosts farmers market on back-to-school night.
HIE supports schools in hosting their own student-led Farmer’s Markets. Students sell produce to their communities, using the profits to support or develop their school’s garden program. Student-led markets mean students are surprising us with their own unique ways of garnering support from their communities. From advertising, set-up, selling and break-down, these markets are as fun as they are successful!
